Building and history

Sun Légende 41, built in 1988 by the Jeanneau shipyard to Douglas Peterson designs.
The hull uses an exclusive material known as ARAMAT K, an amalgam of fibreglass and Kevlar.
A racing cruiser.
Three previous owners, the boat has always been in fresh water and out of the water every winter (6 months/year) at Lake Champlain (Canada and USA) until 2021.
The current owners are putting it up for sale after sailing from Lake Champlain to Polynesia from 2021 to 2023.
